Andy Murray goes into tonight’s eagerly awaited clash with Tim Henman as an odds-on favourite in the second round of the Rogers Cup in Toronto and we fully expect him to see off Henman and complete the changing of the guard in men’s British tennis.

It’s only the second time the British pair have clashed. The first meeting in Basle last year saw Murray defeat Henman in a third set tie break.

Murray is playing well. Last week he reached the final in Washington last week - losing to Frenchman Arnaud Clement. His relationship with new coach Brad Gilbert is clearly starting to pay dividends.

Henman meanwhile has not shown much sparkle for some time sparking speculation that retirement may not be too far away for the former British number one.
