You are playing in a no limit hold’em game. Before it ever gets to you, here has been a raise and reraise. Both opponents, who have so far taken action, are very deep so there is still the possibility of more action. Normally you should either fold or raise. A cold call should not usually be considered except if slowplaying Aces. Kings should usually raise. If now somebody comes back over the top, you can make your apologies and leave.
This basic principal applies whether it is a cash game or a tournament. One of the principal reasons for this is that you fear yet another raise from the first player.
